I made a spreadsheet a few days ago and I’ve got specific weights I should be every day. Today I am 410 grams above what I should be.

I ate 5007 kilojoules today. No more food.

Feeling hungry this evening. Probably a combination of the sugary food and only having 5007 KJ. I wonder if I should increase my intake tomorrow. However I want to have a low weigh-in before next Sunday so I'm prepared to suffer to achieve that goal.

In the last week I have averaged 9303 KJ a day so I'm skeptical that I'll get below 86.9 kg. I'll be sad if that doesn't happen.
