When I'm not all emo I'm good. When I binge, I go all out. Today I had fish and chips, downed a 1.5 coke, a chocolate bar, and a bag of crisps. Gaahhhh.

Sounds bad. More than I would binge on. Substitute coke for fruit juice, chips for corn. Chocolate doesn't hurt now and then. You australian? You use the british chips and crisps :-)

For some reason my metabolism has accellarated in the past days, making me constantly hungry, even though my training volume has not increased.

DRINK WATER, ALL THE TIME.
Replacing carbonated drinks/juices/ and what not for water is insta lose pounds.
Also, drink a glass of water before eating a meal.

Just replace things.
A drive with a bike ride.
An elevator with stairs.
Pop with water, as has been said.
Chocolate and candy with trail mix/dried fruit. With M&Ms in the trail mix. :3
Ice cream with a fruit...thing.
If you're doing something high energy, eat a handful of trail mix every half hour.
Otherwise, eat proper meals.

It's worth a try, especially since drinking MOAR water helps with eating less, which is definitely a plus if you're just making dietary adjustments without exercising as well.
It helps with performance in sports as well, but that's common knowledge I believe. :-P

Also, what Green said. If it's warm outside, take a walk when you're bored, instead of sitting at a computer like me. If you get bored while walking, take a book or an iPod or a PSP or something with you.
Or go somewhere that you've never been before. Just...take a map with you, or make sure you don't get lost. D:

Get a regular sleep schedule. If you regulate when you go to sleep and wake up, you won't end up having to rush to school/work and eating nothing or some fast food on the way.

vegetables to eat, stir fried, VERY easy on the oil, use more vinegar:
Squash
Egglpant
Onions
Bell peppers
carrots
snow peas.
Potatoes, but cook them a bit longer.
FRUITS:
Mango,
Banana,
Orange
Grapes
peaches
melons
There's actually a lot of good fruit to eat.
Chicken
Fish
Skip the red meat for the most part
exercise:
burpees. look them up. use 5 pound weights, do 10, wait 45 seconds, do 9, wait 45 seconds, etc, till you're done.
Make sure to also do back work out. rock climb as much as you can.

Drinking - mostly water, some tea and Zevia soda.
Eating - whole grains (bran flakes, trying to avoid bread), Guacamole, half-calorie chips, lots of fruit, fruit and whey smoothies, and the occasional unhealthy sugary treat. @previous (OP !OPhereejJA)
Frying with vinegar - that's a good idea. I use butter substitute and water or onion puree to caramelize onions and stir-fry chicken in curries, but I never thought of vinegar.

If it's sugar free, it's better. Still, artificial sweeteners aren't the best things to put in your body. I'd recommend Zevia or any other Stevia-based soda, or 16 oz lemon-water with a packet of Truvia (it's about as sweet as Splenda or twice as sweet as sugar) added.

I'll have a six pack by the end of the month. Been doing the P90X ab-ripper workout. It's available on torrents. Totally worth checking out. 148 lbs this morning (lowest ever), burned 3300 calories March 1-3. @previous (Mickey)
Sorry, the only way to get abs is to lose fat by burning calories. There's no magic bullet and while some workout methods may be more effective than others for building muscle (though varying them is the best), about the maximum calories you can sustainably burn an hour is 600-700.
That's not to say that the workout is 100% snake oil, but you aren't going to get ripped with a single body of workouts unless you devote many hours to it.

147 lbs this morning. Burned 900 calories in the morning, going for another 900 before day's end. I'm off 'till Wednesday, will shoot for about 3500 cals a day after today.
Looking a bit more defined in the stomach and arms since last pic.
