They say it's to honor or welcome someone, but the you watch it, it's clearly evident that it's an ancient war intimidation ritual. What's welcoming or honoring about that?

In any other parliament, any other party, all over the world (with the possible exception of the ANC in South Africa who like to sing about murdering white farmers with machine guns) if they had stood up chanting "death death" would have been thrown out and banned from returning and/or fired from their positions.
