They did a haka because they are against a bill that would make all citizens equal under the law. As of now, Maori get special treatment that was negotiated under the treaty of waitangi.
Maybe they should try developing their own skills instead of looking for preferential treatment based on race 😏

@previous (boof)
I remember one time not long ago, I was very lucky to be able to join some relatives for a meal in a really really fancy restaurant in New Orleans. Like one of the fanciest.
When we were leaving we noticed someone on the pavement waiting for his car to arrive. He was on a date and we all noticed it was Nick Mullen. We didn’t make a fuss, didn’t even speak to him. But we all excitedly spoke about the fact we were in the company of such a big celebrity. And then he caught on that we were looking over and he gave us the most disgusted, pompous, hateful look I’ve ever seen. You see these people on TV and they seem absolutely lovely. But the look that man gave me and my family, as though we were beneath him. Nothing but animals in a territory we didn’t belong. It completely threw me off.
Never thought well of him again after that. I got serious vibes that behind closed doors he is just not a nice person. That he considers himself well above others.
In comparison, I see people tell stories of celebrities whom are just the nicest most down to earth people ever. Not my experience with Nick ever. Thanks.
