Topic: Anyone else notice this?

Anonymous A started this discussion 2 years ago #115,808

A large number of trans women are interested in often very stereotypically male topics? Like GPUs, bitcoin, tech, programming, compilers/programming languages, wrestling, rocket simulators, and so on?

Another weird thing I've noticed is that many of them also seem incredibly aggressive, especially online.

Any ideas about why this would be? I'm at a complete loss on how to explain it.

That should be a good one to discuss too! But first I'm interested in hearing your thoughts about what I've already mentioned.

I think you come to a conclusion, and then find evidence for it.

Try doing it the other way around.

We are trying it "the other way around". So help me out. Why would any of this be?

It's your theory, you tell me.

Look up the difference between "theory" and an "observation".

You had the observation, you thought it meant something, so what does it mean?

Let me stop you there. I had an observation, not even an original one at that. I don't have any idea of what it means. What do you think?

I can't explain your strange observation.

Hey, thanks anyway. What do you think of some of the arguments kook made in the thread I linked? I find her conclusions distasteful and her language even more so, although I'm unable to poke holes in her arguments myself because some of what she's saying sounds sensible. What's your take?

This retard can't even crack a tripcode, why do you care what they think?

@previous (D)
I care what most everyone thinks unless they've given me a reason not to.

What do you think about all this?
