For fun, I'll try to summarise the situation briefly:
- After a long absence, Squeegee came back and was acting very strangely. There were a lot of rambling, overly sexual posts. We don't know exactly what happened between before and the present, but the most common assumption by our users is that he's on drugs.
- At some point, Squeegee started posting PGP topics, which were basically encoded conversations that could be read if you have the password for it.
- According to Squeegee, somebody within these encoded conversations claimed to be tteh, and Squeegee believed this. At some point, this person apparently said something to offend Squeegee, starting his anger against tteh.
- After this, Squeegee started becoming hostile to tteh over these alleged conversations. tteh initially tried to deny that it was him that Squeegee spoke to, and Squeegee didn't believe him. tteh then tried to just ignore the situation, but Squeegee continued to hold a strong grudge, seemingly thinking that tteh was heading some conspiracy against him.
- After that Squeegee disappeared for a while, came back and started calling tteh a paedophile and other unflattering things. Understandably, tteh had enough at point and just banned him.
- Presently, Squeegee is over on Tinychan hatching grand plans to hack Minichan. But between his mental state, and his implication that he is asking ChatGPT for advice on how to do this, we will probably be okay.

But yes, good summary. My strategy of completely ignoring Squeegee didn't seem to work. A board full of stream-of-consciousness rambling was one thing but death threats and claims of child abuse are decidedly unwelcome.

I'm imagining it'd start out with pages no longer than the summary you wrote above and over time people would flesh it out. And even if they didn't, short summaries like above are often more than enough to satisfy basic curiosity on forum lore one wasn't there to experience oneself.
But yeah, making it be some big overwhelming task is no fun. Wikis are best grown slowly and organically.
