I am not sure what to do. I have already lost like 25 pounds in 2 months. If I eat more, I get sick. What should I do? I am taking vitamins.
He's on some kind of T2 diabeetus drug to help suppress his insatiable appetite and control his A1C, bc OP is lacking in any semblance of self-control.
OP may as well be using meth, at least we know it is effective in suppressing appetite, as well as what side effects may arise from using it.
But no, OP would rather use a drug that is so new, they have no idea what all it might do and cancer is on the list of possibilities. Sad what desperation does to a person...
you know, OP, if you use meth you don't need to eat at all and you burn a lot more calories when you stay awake for 4 or 5 day stretches. plus all the standing up to go look out the window blinds and pacing and sweating are better than using an elliptical machine.

You might want to watch your sugar intake if you are worried about diabetes. Not telling you what to do, just keep in min.
> I really fell off the wagon yesterday. I ate about 1,000 calories the whole day. Back to less today.
I do hope you are just trolling this because if not you do realize you can throw your bodies metabolism off by staying to far under your caloric intake for to long. Your body will go into starvation mode and then it will make it even harder to lose fat. Don't believe me...do some research. Even the science will back this up.

Dude you are so fucking stubborn and think you know everything. But you are totally wrong about starvation mode. It is not a myth. You better open up your thick skull and take some advice before you fuck yourself up. Even fat fucks like you can totally fuck your metabolism up. Now go on and keep it up but don't expect sympathy when your AC1 levels start going up and the doctors put u on an insulin pump. Because it will happen, especially to thickheaded know it alls like yourself.
Weight loss is associated with numerous physical and mental health benefits and generally seen as a positive thing.
However, your brain, which is more worried about keeping you from starving, doesn’t necessarily see it that way.
When you lose a lot of weight, your body starts trying to conserve energy by reducing the number of calories it burns (1Trusted Source ).
It also makes you feel hungrier, lazier, and increases food cravings.
These effects can cause you to stop losing weight and may make you feel so miserable that you abandon your weight loss efforts and regain the weight.
This phenomenon, which is your brain’s natural mechanism to protect you from starvation, is often called “starvation mode.”

So, a man starving in a desert will actually gain weight?
I am not starving myself. Mounjaro works on the GLP-1 molecules in the brain to make the brain feel full and satisfied. I eat less. My brain does not think I am starving; it thinks I am full and happy, which is exactly how I feel. It is a brand new medicine. No other works like it. Your “starvation mode” might be true if I were starving myself and craving food, but I feel full and satisfied. I eat little, but it is very healthy, nutritious food.

the point is your caloric intake currently equates to crash dieting and that shit ruins your metabolism. idiot

Isn't ketosis the fancy term for what is called "starvation mode" where your body burns ita own stores of fats because your intake isn't balanced?
The fact that it says in that article that the medication is supposed to stimulate insulin production, and weight loss is only listed as a side effect. You obviously haven't read shit.

I have read it all. I am on Mounjaro because I am diabetic. It is currently being reviewed to be a weight loss drug as well, and will likely get approval next year or so. You do not know what you are even talking about.

Why are you so angry just because you do not understand how a brand new drug works? Most people don’t. It is novel. It is DESIGNED to affect the brain’s satiety center so you eat less. It is FDA approved.

Yes, but you have to literally not eat food to get it. I am literally eating every day, and healthy food at that. Today I ate a small salad, a couple of pieces of cheese, and a bowl of bone beef broth.

We can blame my mother for medicating me in 5th grade and then me when I had my doctor repeat that she was prescribing me amphetamines when I got to highschool. Even though I've been off medication since 18 and dabbled with stimulants between 24 and 27 I can't stay above 150 for a few weeks

I will not stop taking it, but even if I did, the drug literally resets your insulin resistance and your brain's GLP-1 receptors, so you maintain a normal relationship with food rather than a diabetic, obsessed one.
