No. What freaks me out is the knowledge that everyone, myself included, was the result of two parents having sex. Also, the fact that at some point, half of everyone's genetic information was in some woman's ovary, and some man's nutsack.

No, but thinking about it before a speech (or anything that has to be done in front of a group of people) can make it less intimidating. Like imagining the audience naked, but it actually works for me.
