Leave the defense to their barristers. You really are not good (at all) at defending people. It's just like when Matt makes an argument about something. Even if you happen to agree with him, his arguments often cheapen the position's appearance because of how bad his arguments are. That's what you're doing. Although, in this case, your conclusions are also wrong, which makes this even more sad.
