So I am going to admit something. Three months ago, I was diagnosed with diabetes. I determined that I was not going to end up being one of those obese, sickly people with amputated limbs. I did some research, and got on a low-carb diet, and started exercising. I had blood work done yesterday, and my A1C, which is the diabetes indicator, is back to normal! I reversed diabetes in three months! I am so happy!
