Rule 4 of the mods rules section notes that "threats of physical violence" are grounds for a permaban, as it's illegal: https://minichan.org/rules
That said, if it's obviously a joke or the user couldn't possibly hope to follow through on their threat then it might be allowed at mod discretion. But if you're unsure, then it would be best to not make the threat!

Thanks for the info. So to be clear if the poster actually and fully intended of try to hit the other poster so hard that their head separated from their neck and rolled into the gutter, it would not be prudent to make a post on the board about it?
