Practice willpower. Treat them like food. I’ve decided to get the BodyFast app again so maybe while I’m back on my five two intermittent fasting plan I could practice restraint and not come to these sites on Wednesday and Sunday. These sites are just so easy to type into my address bar on mobile devices.

iOS I'm unfamiliar with.

For Windows: Just add websites to your hosts file. Search "Notepad" → right-click → Run as administrator → in Notepad, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and on the bottom right where it says "Text Documents", choose "All Files" from the dropdown → click Open → add:
and so on → Save → ta-dah.
But browser extensions/addons are the way to go; lots of them are pretty featureful, with scheduling that lets you define hours to restrict/allow access to specific sites.
