I wouldn't go the online route, but don't be too free with the information. You should definitely inform anybody who shows interest, though. I wouldn't just jump into anal sex with a stranger, without preparing yourself for it first, either.

I don't even think you should be thinking about that. It's not going to cure anything or make you feel better, just make you feel awkward at best. Focus on something else that is lacking in your life like personal health, fitness, education, work etc... Get out in the real world and build a life then hopfully someone will like you for who you are rather than meet someone who will take advantage of you.
