Actually, people with opioid addiction have been known to abuse Imodium, in the event that they can't get any opioids. Apparently, it effects a similar region of the brain.

It's even stupider considering that its not much better than speculation at this point that the drug is efficacious against COVIDs. It's a drug roulette.
