That's the whole idea of stimulus checks! To spend them when they are recieved.
I've seen a bunch of stupid shit online with articles of-

'How you should spend your stimulus money'

Such as this-

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/you-could-be-next-be-prepared-financial-advisers-tell-marketwatch-how-theyd-use-1200-stimulus-checks-2020-03-25

That is such bullshit!!!
The purpose the Government sends out that damn checks for it to be spent.

When idiots like those on that site and others reccomend alternatives to spending the check...Like placing it in savings or other ideas they are hurting us all.
You damn people need to wake the hell up.

Why do you think you deserve $2000 a month ($24'000 a year!) when coronavirus didn't have any effect on your income or work situation, but essential workers don't deserve $10'000 a year extra?

Hmmmmmm...a 1200 dallor check...versus paying someone 25,000 extra over their regular wage for 7 months.

Which one is excessive.

And the UNEMPLOYMENT fiasco..

People get a check...it varies according to their previous income when laid off.
Let's say 400 bucks.
And by the way even those claims are slow getting processed those checks start accruing the day of the claim.

Anyways first stimcheck Bill gave each person on unemployment and 3xtra SIX HUNDRED A WEEK, for six months and 2nd Bill will extend that to Christmas.

We'll start in Aril and go till Christmas.

400(reg unemployment check) for 8 months = $12,000
Now the bonus-
2400 for 8 months=$19,200

Total? $31,000

Ok...so you're giving people on unemployment who would normally get $12,000 from now till Christmas...you're giving them $19,200

PLUS they get the $1200 check also.

Hell of a Christmas for them.
