The dog was stuck six feet down in a storm drain and was in pitiful shape.
It took them a couple of hours but the cops saved him and took him to the Vet.

Not sure.. but it took them awhile and the poor dog was in bad shape and they supposedly were gonna take it to Emergergency at hospital because 'Animal Control' never got there for like 2 hours after they called them.
The cops involved seemed human and sweet people. A blonde chick and a dark skinned dude.
Several neighbor people wer also very caring.
