People who still have jobs can go back to work. Every week 2 to 3 million more people are left jobless. The government is never going to provide for them, they're never going to cancel rent, they're never going to give direct payments.

If you want things to be opened up, why would you want to leave it up to the governors, when many governors will not open it up? It seems counter-productive to want "states rights" when this results in a less than ideal situation (from your perspective) in many states.
