Nevermind the fact that Trump says he doesn't want White House staff to self-quarantine, including vice-president Mike Pence, after coming in contact with staff who have tested positive for coronavirus, because it would undercut the message that the virus is slowing and it's safe to re-open the country.

This attitude puzzles me. If you hated Trump and Pence, wouldn't you be cheering them on in their efforts to catch the virus? Why are you talking about a highly contagious pandemic virus like it's something that can be neatly contained to one ideological group? If millions of trump supporters have it that's because millions of non-trump supporters also have it. Given the economic and racial disparities in health outcomes in the US, in general, the people who die from this virus will be poor people and nonwhite people, majorities of whom vote Democratic in Presidential races and have every election for about 100 years.

Because it's going to be a huge differential in impact. Democrats will follow scientific advice and do social distancing, self-quarantine, wear masks, etc while Republicans will not do any of these things and drink aquarium cleaner and shoot up Clorox. Also Republicans are much older and have more preexisting conditions than Democrats, on average.
So you'll end up with a thing where five Republicans will die for each Democrat.

OK and due to the nature of communicable diseases, when they get it, and then go grocery shopping in a store full of rule-abiding liberals, they will infect everyone in the store anyway. I don't know how else to explain viruses other than "if one person has it and is irresponsible, lots of responsible people will also get it." Fuck. Think of it like they are constantly violating the NAP by existing near other people or however libertarians conceptualize public health problems in their niche ideological framework.
And it will not be 5 Republicans dying for every Democrat. By pure chance, since there is no institutional racism in the US, the disease is overwhelmingly infecting and killing racial and ethnic minorities in the U.S. if anything this virus is killing more Democrats than Republicans.
