I'm supposed to go to Dave and Buster's for my housemate's bday get together.
I feel like shit. Migraine and it's making me nauseous in a way weed can't even help. It's also my typical bed time. I feel like a dick skipping out, but I also feel relieved I have an excuse not to go. Its a lot of fun there, but the idea of going has been causing me severe anxiety all week.
Is it possible that it's a result of my anxiety?

Alcohol doesn't help. I've tried the facing the anxiety thing. Im not interested in talking about it more. I can't really explain properly, but it's not faceable. It's torture. I don't exaggerate.

Alcohol makes me want to die if I'm out in public. I haven't had a drink in forever. Its not fun for me anymore. I get sloppy if I get really drunk, and Im still anxious. I just don't feel as awkward standing around not talking to anyone because I can keep taking sips of my drink.

Xanax works. Ineed to get to my dr. im just paranoid he'll think im a pill chaser. I already get chlonazepam, but it doesnt help. it will make the anxiety attacks not so bad though.
