I was walking down Pennsylvania Avenue when I saw a strange person walking toward me. He was obese, wearing a suit that was comically oversized. He was wearing bright orange clown makeup with a wild shock of hair on his balding head. He had combed his little remaining hair in a ridiculous manner to unsuccessfully to cover his baldness.
