I've been trying to find a full guide for Silent Assassin, Suit Only challenge for Hitman 2 (2019). I want to tab out and follow along at my own pace whilst playing and the only thing I can find are Youtube video guides which I don't want to watch, as well as a couple of weird Russian scam websites and the only text walkthrough I can find, regards of Larryn Bell of primagames.com, is not very good.

So, I decided that I will write down my own guide for Hitman 2 Silent Assassin No Suit Master achievement. With my full walkthrough, achieving the Silent Assassin, Suit Only challenge will be less frustrating. In this guide, I will write down my methods for achieving Hitman 2 Silent Assassin, No Suit challenge for all levels of the game. Please be patient as I am writing this full walkthrough for Hitman 2 as I play the game, and I often go through several levels of finesse before I am happy with my Silent Assassin rank.

MISSION ONE - HAWKES BAY - NIGHTCALL

This is basically the tutorial mission of Hitman 2, so it's much easier to get Silent Assassin Suit Only on Master difficulty than it is on some of the other levels.

This is the loadout you should plan:

Melee Item: Fibre-Wire
Suit: 47's Signature Suit
Starting Location: Boat
Difficulty: Master

First Task: Infiltrate

47 will begin on a beach. The house is up the beach. There are no enemies at the minute, so don't worry about being seen. Just run towards the exterior. You will see a camera on the ledge underneath the illuminated corner. Diana will recommend you shoot all of the cameras out, but you can ignore her. Cameras don't matter because we will destroy footage later. Proceed under the balcony and follow the wall to the right, towards the garage. To the left of the garage there is a drainpipe. Climb up it, hang onto the balcony and vault up on. To the left of the locked door is an open window. Climb through to enter Reynard's bathroom.

Second Task: Gathering Intel

Walk through the door on your left into the bedroom. On the left hand side of the wall, activate the panel to close the blinds. Turn around, walk past the paddles and turn right into the main house hallway. Close the blinds with the panel on the left. Follow the hallway to the right, and enter the office. Diana will tell you to examine the PC, but don't yet. Walk around the corner of the room and activate the painting to open the panic room.

On the table to the left, use the security station to disable CCTV and pick up the password dongle. Pick up the silenced pistol from the wall. Ignore all the other guns and bombs as they will not be required for this run. Go down the stairs, and exit into the garage. Turn immediately right and then right again through the door. Follow the corridor left. See the freezer? Remember that for later. Pick up a can of tomato sauce from the shelves on the right. Go straight through door and turn left into the main room and kitchen, then go back upstairs to the office. Activate the PC.

Third Task: Murder

When you regain control, begin crouching. Go to the bathroom where you entered the house. Wait inside the wardrobe. Please note there are two wardrobes, one inside the bathroom in which you should now hide and another one just before with curtains, which you should remember for later.

You will have to wait a while whilst Alma completes her phone call. Eventually Alma and Orson will come to bed and get undressed, then have a small argument about the house AI learning his name. He will take a shower, and she will brush her teeth. Save your game at this point so if you fuck up you won't have to wait all over again. After a few seconds, the steam from the shower will fog up the glass and the mirror. Exit the cabinet, and use the fibre-wire to kill Anna with a sneak attack. Drag her to the wicker hamper inside the main bedroom. Orson will carry on with his shower for a minute, so be quick.

Fourth Task: Exfiltrate

Turn around and exit the bedroom through the main door, the one after the paddles. There is a bodyguard with his back to you. Go behind him, equip the spaghetti can and knock him out with a silent sneak attack. Quickly drag and stash him into the wardrobe with the curtains. Remembering to pick up the guard's weapon on the way, proceed into the office and through the panic room door, which should still be open. You can close it behind you with the button if you want to be a true master assassin. Go down the stairs again, and into the garage. There is another guard with his back to you. Use your assassin senses to make sure the patrol will not interrupt you, and sneak attack him with the can of sauce as well. Drag him through the door and into the freezer we saw earlier. Pick up his shotgun, but put it away so you don't fire it by accident.

Exit the garage and conceal yourself in the plants straight ahead. Remaining concealed as much as possible, make your way back towards the boat where you began the mission. Make sure that you don't let the guards see you during moments where you are exposed. Follow the house parallel towards the shoreline, and hook left where it is safe to do so.

At the broken down shack, you will see a pick-up truck and several guards. One will be patrolling towards and away from your location, and most will be digging a hole in the beach. Head into the right-hand vegetation on the dunes across the path. If you look forwards, you should see a broken down old dock. To the front-left, there are several cars and guards. Staying in the bush, go left. One guard is standing in the middle of the gap between the two dune bushes, so we need to distract him. Inside the dune bush, you will find a driftwood log. Pick it up and toss it at the nearby car to get him to turn his back, then quickly and quietly use the darker side of the hill to cross the gap into the second bush. Make sure the patrolling guard isn't nearby when you do this.

Diana will tell you to cause a distraction. When the new patrolling guard is walking away from you, equip your silenced pistol and look towards the first pick-up truck we saw, near the shack. There will be a jerry-can in the back. Quickly shoot it and it will explode. All the enemies will begin running towards the burning car. Wait for your moment, then crouch-dash towards the boat.

Mission complete!

Done all of Hitman 2 SASO, myself. Great fun. Mumbai was the hardest in 2, for me. Specifically Dawood (the director guy). I know there's some method to get him out of his tower, but I just brute-forced it. ?

Nowhere near as bad as SASO in the Colorado mission in 1, though. Fuck me, that was tricky.

Does Gamefaqs have walkthroughs for newer gaems? I haven't seen any for the gaems I've been playing lately.

In my experience, a lot of game guides nowadays are videos, or on Wikis. The ye olde, chunky plaintext guides are things of the past.

MISSION TWO - MIAMI - THE FINISH LINE

This is the first complex level in the game. We need to eliminate businessman Robert Knox and his racing daughter Sierra Knox. There are many ways that it can be done but we are going to complete this Hitman 2 mission with Silent Assassin, Suit Only ranking.

Here is your loadout:

Weapon: ICA-9
Suit: 47's Signature Suit
Starting Location: Event Entrance
Gear: Lockpick
Gear: Coins
Difficulty: Master

First Task: Infiltrate

47 begins outside the gate. Turn left and go through the underpass, passing the musician. Don't worry about the cameras. When you come out of the other side, turn immediately right and go into the underground car park. Head straight on, and look for the man in the mascot outfit. Listen to his phone call and go get his car keys for him.

Head through the Eastern tunnel, stands section 001 - 168. Pick the lock on the door. Don't worry about the men on the other side as this action will not alert them. Walk to the big sign on the far end and turn left and up the stairs.

Second Task: Kill Sierra Knox

Walk up to the medical tent and blue toilets, and go into the structure with "Medical Staff Only" written on it. From this point on, you have the trespassing flag so start to crouch. Pick the lock on the next door, and turn right. Walk towards the forklift truck, being careful that the smoking waiter doesn't see you.

When you pass the forklift truck, make your way up the steps to the left of the red van. Stop before you reach the top and use your senses to make sure the patrolling security guard isn't there. Equip your gun and shoot out the camera when it's safe to do so. Round the corner at the top of the stairs, go through the first door on the left and then immediately into the storage room on the left. Pick up the fire extinguisher and activate the vacuum cleaner, then hide in the wardrobe. When the security guard comes to investigate, knock him out with the extinguisher. Stash him in the wardrobe, and repeat for the second guard.

Go back into the main security room and destroy the CCTV footage. Take the soda cans from the desk. Go into the storage room again and climb out of the window and down the pipe. Turn left and go to the building marked "Medical Staff Only". Take the poison pills from the left inside this building, then turn around and walk back to the pipe.

Go left at the pipe, and cross the street to the hotel. Be careful you aren't spotted by the technicians. Loop around the back of the hotel by following it to the right, and go through the iron gate into the alley. You will see some boxes, then a white van. Wait behind the boxes. After the race, Sierra will appear here and the pelican will blackmail her. When her guard takes his position in the doorway, toss a coin at the van. When the guard investigates, knock him out by throwing a soda can at him. Move towards the pile of tyres and equip your gun.

Sierra will send away her guards and murder the pelican. As soon as she pushes him down the shaft, shoot her in the head. Dispose of her down the same shaft, and hide the guard in the bin behind the locked gate nearby. Once that's done, backtrack all the way through the level until you're outside the underground parking garage near the beginning. Make sure you don't get caught! You can distract the smoking waiter by tossing a coin as he can spot you more easily from this direction. Once you're at the dolphin statues, save your game.

Third Task: Kill Robert Knox

Go into the Kronstadt building. The receptionist will tell you to go right. Let the journalists talk about what's happening upstairs, and when they're walking away crouch-dash into the aquarium. Evade the guards and enter the room on the far-right side saying "Employee Access Only". Turn left and go up the stairs.

Take the first left and take cover behind the desk. When the scientists are turned away, go through the door on the left into the server room. Turn left again and go through the door then climb the pipe on the right. Pick up the wrench then turn off the fusebox. A scientist will want to come and investigate. Before he exits his room, go out the door then out the right hand door into the patio. When he passes and starts fixing the fuse box, knock him out with the wrench, then drag him onto the patio. Repeat until all three are knocked out. If any of them accidentally fall off and die, it won't count against you. However, if you push them off it will kill them and count as non-target death.

When Robert is not on the same floor go through the door the scientists came from. This is Robert's office. Watch out for the guards outside the door as well as the one patrolling inside. Scoot around the left of the office and knock out the guard with the wrench when he's looking out of the window. Drag his body into Office 2A, which is just to the side. There are 2 more guards. Use coins to lure them in one at a time and hit them with the wrench, dragging them into Office 2A to hide them. If the noise attracts the second guard before you can dispose of the first, you didn't lure far enough. Before leaving the office, set the air conditioner to Dry Mode. The panel is to the left of the window panes.

Exit Office 2A and turn left. Go all the way to the end of the corridor and enter the bathroom on the right. Poison the eye drops on the sink with the poison pills you got earlier. Using senses to make sure the guard isn't coming, jump out of the window and go left. Pick the lock of the gate and go up the steps and wait by the heli for Robert to use his eyedrops and die in terrible pain. Use the heli to escape.

Mission Complete!
