Yes, really. Triptych overstepped quite seriously. Permission slips were forged, and emails were exchanged.
I remember that I messed up badly when I was first made a mod, and tteh sent me a dead dove in the post as a "friendly warning". Trip's infraction was more severe, though, so it was straight to the ban.

That part about tteh posting me a dead dove as a warning was true, though. He'd had it stuffed and everything. It was shocking at first, for sure, but now I actually quite like it. I named him Gregory and keep him on my desk.
