Indeed. Ask Me Anything That Has Nothing To Do With Me Personally would be a more fitting title. By far the most fascinating thing about Matt are all the adventures he's written about over the years. The marriages, the pregnancies, the business ventures, the lengthy employment history in New York's finest restaurants, and so on. These are the things I feel people would most like to know more about.

Well, red wine has tannins, which make for a richer flavor, but also trigger some people's histamine system, causing headaches, inflammation, hangovers, etc. White wine, which does not have tannins, can be easier on the body, but the flavor is not as deep and rich and complex. So it is a matter both of taste and biology.
