order of potato skins as they are very satisfying to eat. Contrary to the name, they do not serve you thin peelings. There is a good layer of potato too. They often serve them as though they were little bowls made out of potato and fill them with all sorts of extras.

One side is the chewy, crispy potato skin, and the other side is melted cheese and chives. You dip them in sour cream
