Each semester, each course, each organ system, each disease process: When you flip to the back of the book at the end of the course, do you think you ever find the chapter on "The Cure"? Never. Not even once. It's never there. Just: Take this drug. Do this diagnostic test. Administer this therapy (drug).

It's all bullshit. It's not true science. It's not real research. It's all for money, and you're the profit widget.
