Although, as the website's name is Minichan and not Mini-chan (as in the honorific), I think that 私はミニチャン would be better.

So the “chan” would be in katakana... I was figuring that but I wasn’t sure. Makes sense as chan is short for channel.
And I caught the previous error. I also forgot there was a kanji for “watashi.”

Katakana is easy to learn, though. There's apps you can download that'll teach it to you (along with hiragana).

I know ひらがな (平仮名). Isn’t katakana basically just hiragana with a few additions like the vowel extender?
