Nah, not everyone there had mod powers. They could upvote each other's posts, but otherwise it was roughly like here.

I had mod powers there briefly, though. But only because an existing mod's login password was also his username.

The successor site, Trading Card Maker, quietly closed its forums one day.

I think I looked around for any sign of them for a bit after that, but didn't see anything. I think they all just moved on.
