Topic: Double orchiectomy post op ability to impregnate?

Hello all!
So this is honestly prolly a really stupid question. I am post op orchiectomy for about a year and a half now. Here is the stupid question part. Is there any chance or way that my body could still produce sperm? I’m only asking this because for the first time I was able to get hard enough to penetrate my gf a few weeks ago and so I did. I did not end up cumming inside of her but I produce a lot of percum so if there is a possibility? Then maybe. I ask because it was about 2 weeks ago that we had sex and now my gf is supposed to be on her period, however it’s late by about a week.... she is on birth control also to regulate her cycle wo I’m for sure freaking out even though I dont think it’s at all a possibility.
If anyone has any tips or suggestions? It would be amazing to hear! I can’t really do anything until I bring a birth control test to her the next time I come over in a few days.
