HE is ten years older than me. I have quit drinking, am eating low carbs, exercising, and have lost lots of weight. All I know about Bert is what he posts: his diet is 100% fast food and Everclear on a daily basis. There is no way he does not have hypertension, diabetes, and fatty liver. I had those too, but through diet and exercise, I have reversed them. Also, why are you fighting so hard to defend a guy who has threatened to rape and murder you multiple times?
