I am a very rational man, the problem is bad construction. If you construct apartments but don't insulate well enough, then you created the problem. I cannot stand people who expect people to not be people even though that's a very common quality amongst people. The point is, we naturally make noises and a whole lot of other things which we always fail to account for but rather persecute each other for when they become inconvenient.
