Topic: What's for dinner tomorrow, fora?

Erik !jzYkdX7lIw started this discussion 6 years ago #98,556

The best thing about being locked down is I'm able to plan all my meals and spend quality time cooking them.

Tomorrow I'm having a Aberdeen Angus ribeye steak 30 day aged with asparagus, fine runner beans and baby portobello mushrooms.

Are you aging your own steaks or buying that chemically aged stuff?

Funny you should say that because I'm watching YouTube videos about dry aging beef. But the steaks I got were aged off the shelf.

One fried egg, third tin of tinned pork, fifth tin of tinned corn, seasoned with garlic salt, oregano and chives. One oatcake with peanut butter and a mug of couscous in soy sauce.
