Trump wants to do it at least twice from what I've read. I personally don't take any issue with it. I think it's a good idea, if insufficient in both amount and regularity. You would rather just angrily re-litigate welfare reform with bad tropes from the 90s than actually think about what makes policies good or bad on their own merits it seems.
