London is about the same size and got it before the UK yes the UK has 5,373 deaths. What gives?

NY is testing the most and is the most dense, most populous city in America so you'd would expect them to have the most cases. Also DeBlasio did a shit job of taking the virus seriously initially.

Also the outbreak seems to have reached a critical mass in NYC before London. Also the UK with its government run healthcare means the poorest aren't as bad off as they are in America, and it's always the underclass that suffers the most.
