Topic: Time to get back to my laser hair removal treatments.

I have an appointment this Monday with a new nurse they got there. I hope the old one is doing well since she is at home looking after her father. Life goes on even during quarantine. I don't feel compelled to eat down there because all of the restaurants aside from maybe the Circle K are closed. So I could just hop down there and hop back up. The roads should be void of any major traffic so it might be like surfing the information super highway. I am concerned about possibly infecting / being infected by my driver but I'm sure ALC/Uber have strict measures in place regarding social distancing. I always sit in the backseat of my Uber ride and the van is perfect for social distancing travel as the back seat must be, at least, six feet from the driver upon observation. The world feels weird.

The world was always maliciously constructed Catherine. You of everyone should know that. My advice is to drive with the window open. Sit on the opposite side of the driver and have him breathe through his window while you breathe through yours.

What if the driver is a large muscled good looking man and he pulls into a secluded alley and speaks roughly in an erotic fashion making her blush. And then demands she remove her pants if she doesnt want her bottom paddled?

Then the ritual shall take place in a way like in that one cult like European movie, where it's completely sterile, in a parking lot, with funky music.

It is retarded to be doing laser hair treatments during a pandemic.

Yeah, I'm curious how they're going to go that. I'm expecting them to wear a face mask, but I'm not sure if they're going to wear gloves.

They don't wear gloves everytime, regardless? Fucking gross.

I don’t know. I don’t actually see the laser.

You can't resume the laser treatments after the pandemic is over?

They don’t like doing that because it has to be a continuous thing or else the hair might start growing again. But they are a health center so they take precautions so I’m sure things will be fine. I think they only have one person working there with two medical staff.

But if it were to grow, once you resumed the laser, it would stop
It seems foolish to seek cosmetic procedures at this time

Is it a violation of her special trans rights to refuse to accommodate her in her time of need?

That’s not really why it’s continuation. If the hair regrows then you start at the beginning trying to permanently remove it. Also, my insurance covers it under a necessity. They would have denied it under the cosmetic pretenses normally. Then again, I don’t really know how any of this works. I have people who handles all of the paperwork and behind the scene things. I don’t work at the center.

At least there is no longer any reason to stay there beyond what is needed since all the restaurants have close down.

You know it isn't a necessity though. You going to kill yourself over having stubble

On second thought, I'm looking forward to Monday. Maybe it'll be quieter down there than fucking here. Ugh. No social gatherings over 2 people? Well, my damn household is a social gathering and everyone in fucking town who doesn't respect social distancing guidelines. It might be eerie with no cars on the road or even people walking the streets (Riverside county has invoked a no public gatherings of 2+ people) but hot dog, would that place likely be safer than here.

I thought only essential medical procedures were being done during lockdowns?

Yeah and I voiced concerns down there mostly because I don’t want to be an asymptotic carrier who infects then there. So the operator should know that. Of course, seeing as they are a health center I’m sure they already taken precautions as they should.
Plus I have a feeling that I’m going to be getting this virus just staying at home.

Didn't you read the posts she's made, trying to justify her decision by spouting off, "My insurance lists it as medically necessary". I'm paraphrasing, but it's something along those lines.
