I take a multivitamin, an omega 3 fish oil, a zinc and vitamin c tablet, 150mg of ranitidine and 10mg loratadine in the morning. 150mg of ranitidine, 10mg of cetirizine, a valerian pill and some heartburn liquid at night.

GREEN...I have used ranitidine before, so it caught my eye when it was in the news.


(some brands) have had some kind of issue with its manufacture...and this may not be happening in the UK...but just a heads up..
