Even da frikin bbc was suggesting it was just the flu at one point, the world leaders knew different though, I'm sure of it, and so as far as I am concerned they are all guilty. GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY!

The smart thing to do would have been closing the borders to avoid exactly this situation, it would have been smart to rapidly increase the production of masks in a mighty awesome way. New York is very densely populated whilst Tokyo and Seoul is too, they at least have enough nasks for non essential individuals to wear.
