Oh, I think I know what you're referring to. Yeah, a while ago there was an incident where he was banned for making threatening posts. I forget the specifics of the threat(s) and if he apologised, but eventually that ban was let go.
It doesn't matter now, though. Because after that, there was the thing where Syntax, Matt and Bert were all banned and tteh decided to unban them again, which I'd say overrides anything prior. So Bert isn't "technically banned" or anything like that.
