No, it is only person to person, which is why they talk of social distance. The virus will die off with those that die. Cremate the dead ones to make sure the virus inside the bodies burn too.

Police, and national guard. Even though terminators would be pretty badass!

We simply have to flatten the curve

I've heard that the "proteins" or whatever it's called... That the proteins on the virus which it uses to hook itself onto another cell with, that this protein won't change with mutations. So possibly, if we make a harmless version of covid19 and then infect everyone with it, then we have herd immunity.

Can you still buy your gin from the supermarket? Essential purchase, I would think.

I wonder how many people who repeat this or hear it actually understand which particular "curve" it is they are talking about, or what "flattening" it means.

It means flattening the curves on the virus to make it cube shaped instead of spherical.

You a need a clear plastic sandwich bag or some such. It needs to be large enough to envelope your whole head, and then you can tape down the edges at your neck. Bang pow done

I said this in jest, but it looks like I should have known better than to tempt fate. After all, it's 2020, the year where no statement is too ridiculous to become reality.

Stalking bots is one of Becky's hobbies. She usually stalks them on Minichan. It's nice to see that she found a way to pursue her hobby outside for a change.

Yeah but it'll work better if you put it in the same list as cocaine and heroin.
Anyone caught in posession of more than 10 COVID-19 virus particles is arrested and charged with felony possession with intent to distribute. Thus, all the COVID people are immediately quarantined. After the crisis is over, all the felony charges are pardoned.

Maybe we can convince some US states to take the situation seriously by pretending testing for COVID-19 is just like searching for illegal drugs? We can have proud sheriff's deputies and police officers posing next to stacks of positive COVID tests showing us how tough they are on crime.
Normally, I'd say that's crazy. But it's 2020. So sure. Why not?
