Who really knows what we would do if death and pain wasn't always there like the assholes that they are. The theory goes that we have this thing called ego and the ego incorporates all sorts of things and makes it sound like it's your personal choice. Like jodi and how the seat belt is only to avoid tickets and not some kind of horrible injury that might just happen.
