Topic: What is the proper way of storing a charging cable?

Catherine !ttGirlsPl2 started this discussion 6 years ago #97,959

I was told to coil it using my fingers making a circle compared to other methods, but whenever I do that it comes out looking like the cord to an old landline. Is this really the right way to store a cord?

I find the best way to store them is to store them tangled up and covered in dust under a desk or automobile seat. It's a safe and convenient place to keep them until you need one.

I’ve thought about doing that but if there is a good way to store them without having to carry around an extra binding accessory that could get lost... why shouldn’t I know it?

I put mine on my closet and let them stretch down on the side of it. Cables don't like to be curled up, it makes them depressed.
