Insurance guy calls. Misunderstood him and thought i was getting a refund but tell him to call me another day. Now he calls me and I had to say no and he was just heart broken. So sad.

I once had an Indian call centre guy call me and ask "how are you today?" so I spent 45 seconds telling him (I was really good that day, nice weather and a big away win for Leeds) and then hung up.
