That's what I thought too, but I guess all that hazing of being a conspiracy theorist got to me and so I changed my mind on that. I just don't understand why the who and the governments in entire world would not call them out on that.

Italy is counting deaths related to coronavirus not specifically coronavirus only. China just stopped testing so new cases=0 and stopped counting deaths to keep their numbers down. Thanks

They likely are behind the scenes. But right now everyone has far more serious problems in their own countries than calling out the likes of China, Russia and India for their sudden mysterious 40% spikes in "pneumonia" cases.

You misunderstood me. They are chalking up coronavirus deaths to other illnesses, like regular flu or pneumonia, in order to keep their official numbers down.
