Most people don't tip and if they do it's like £1 or £2 although today I got £5 which was pretty sweet.

That sucks. I usually tip 15-20% on deliveries. I think minimum wage for tipped positions is a dollar or two less than regular minimum wage here, though im not sure how it works for delivery services like this.
