Ugh apparently its a good three weeks or so here. EI is usually pretty slow but welfare usually gets you within a week or two. We'll see how it goes, they're overwhelmed with the amount of people applying, i get it, and I'm not totally broke.

There's no work in my field at the moment. That contract is totally over anyway, and my boss actually preferred i stay home and not get her ill as she has some medical stuff going on. She's happy to have me on for another contract. :) the record of employment says im out of work because of a lack of work, so i would be eligible for EI if i had enough hours. I don't think i ahve enough hours and will end up with welfare instead because i was in school until the end of may. Welfare made me apply for EI anyway.
