Oh, Mass Effect 2 uses some odd rendering method and certain screencapture programs don't support it.

Okay, I figured it out. I have to add something for taking screenshots in the "bioinput.ini" file. However, I can't find the file. It isn't in the same place it was in ME1, which according to the internet is where it should be. And now my monitor is making that noise again. Nothing is going right today!
