Once you take away people’s freedoms and their right to the internet which would be people’s main method of communication you can clearly see the governments of the world are prepping our asses for totalitarianism.
How does one “break the internet?” I heard of DDoS attacks but that is aimed at a specific server.
The European Union is calling for Netflix to slow down streaming so they don’t “break the internet.”
