I don't know why exactly syntax hates bert so much but he made an incredibly mean post on Tinychan where he basically defamed bert and close family members of bert. His ban has been made indefinite. He will remain banned until he calms the fuck down, which doesn't appear to be any time soon.

The mods need to make an example out of him. An extreme banning will set a precedent which will make it very clear that there is zero tolerance for what The Stalker does.
Time and time again when he has been banned for a couple or three days for his awful behavior he comes back and laughs right in the face of Admin and the mods and makes demeaning comments towards the victims who were affected by the acts he was banned for.
And within days he is doing the same thing and boasting that he is not technically violating the written rules.
He does not respect people's privacy and he laughs when the mods lightly slap him across the wrist and politely ask him to stop behavior which should never ever be tolerated at all.
Repeated 2 or 3 days of banning show zero signs of doing anything whatsoever of getting him to stop trying to hurt people on this board.
A spot on example of insanity is trying the same thing over and over(short bans on him) and expecting different results when every time the results have been unsatisfactory.
