Realisticallly, I think that Indy would revert to his more likeable IRL personality. However, the facade would start to slip when, as Brainwurms theorised, he tries to infiltrate the female bathrooms. The women, enraged at this bold intrusion, would attack Indy, and then go tie him to a lonely, isolated tree to keep him out of further mischief.
