Well, I'd be a lot less aware of different weird things in the world.

Where would all of us fucked up people gather to? I think the chan culture wouldn't be what it is today. Unless another chan as famous as 4chan came along. Also, a lot of people that browsed 4chan would be less fucked up if 4chan didn't exist. I remember first stumbling upon 4chan in 2008 and realizing that I actually understood /b/. I felt a very strong sense of belonging to 4chan being the 14 year old socially awkward faggot that I was. Discovering new memes, being exposed to violent environments, and interacting with all sorts of people who were similar to me in some form or the other helped shape a lot of of who I am today. The most remarkable was losing faith in religion.

It's difficult to say. While 4chan isn't really a monster in terms of unique views or anything, it certainly found its niche in internet culture.
Without it we would be missing some pretty basic memes that we probably see every day.
Without 4chan there wouldn't have been Anontalk.
without AT there wouldn't be TC, MC, GHOUL, and many of the other forums AT spawned.
I'd probably spend the bulk of my time playing html games and checking Facebook (assuming facebook would exist.. i don't see why it wouldn't).
