Depends what you mean panic buying. I just bought some pasta, kidney beans. Tuna. Ramen. A rifle. And some toilet paper as well as socks because why not.

also no but i bought 3 cans of ranch style beans because i thought about people panic-buying cans of food and i found out that they are less than a dollar at the weird walmart grocery store. they were like 3 bucks at safeway what the heck

Yes but the quantity of groceries I normally buy is what most people would consider "panic buying" so it's hard to tell the difference.
